Amanda Murphy, Head of Commercial Banking, HSBC
Appointed Head of Commercial Banking in April 2017 and Group General Manager in September 2018, Amanda is responsible for HSBC's relationships with more than 1 million customers and a team of c.5,000 people in the UK.
With more than 22 years of experience at HSBC and now based in Birmingham, Amanda has worked across Europe, the Middle East, North America and Asia-Pacific since joining on the Midland Bank's graduate training scheme in 1995.
Stephanie Burras, CEO, Ahead Partnership
Founded in January 2006, Ahead Partnership works with the private sector to improve society and boost the economy. Since founding the social enterprise, Stephanie and the organisation have worked with over 2,000 businesses and partners, supported the creation of hundreds of new jobs and helped over 200,000 through a range of schemes and activities.
Stephanie heads up a team of 25 people at their Leeds HQ with a footprint in major UK cities including Birmingham.
