About OpenLand

Our Mission

OpenLand is a leading networking forum for lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans professionals (and their “allies”) working in the real estate, property and construction sectors in order to address the equality gap experienced by those professionals working within the sector who identify as LGBT.

What We Do

The sectors we operate in have traditionally lagged behind other industries in responding to issues around sexual orientation and identity. 

Through peer support, we aim to provide:

  • a safe, inclusive and confidential space for LGBT sector professionals to meet, share and discuss developments, experiences or concerns

  • opportunities for networking, information sharing

  • a platform where LGBT professionals can raise their profile, inspire and promote their achievements and successes

  • a chance to be part of a wider network of professionals through links and contacts with other organisations

Through a regular programme of events, OpenLand connects LGBT sector professionals together in order to network with others, share perspectives and explore business opportunities in an informal environment.

OpenLand is an independent entity operating on a not-for-profit basis.   This website has been designed and developed to support the work of OpenLand.
