Perspectives - Clare Fielding

  • Gowling WLG Two Snowhill Birmingham, England, B4 United Kingdom (map)

Join us for our second OpenLand Event kindly sponsored and hosted by Gowling WLG.

You'll hear more about the work of OpenLand and have the opportunity to connect with other LGBT professionals working within the Real Estate, Property and Construction sector.

Our keynote speaker will be Clare Fielding from Gowling WLG.

Clare read Modern History at Warwick University and started her career in the City in 1990 at the Bank of England. She worked there for 8 years before re-training as a lawyer.  She is now a partner with international law firm Gowling WLG specialising in Real Estate Planning work.  Her particular experience is in promoting high profile development schemes in London, including projects such as Battersea Power Station and the Emirates Stadium.

When not being a lawyer, Clare loves cooking and wine, music and running and keeping fit; and is also strangely interested in science.

Clare transitioned in the early 1990s and is proud to be a visible role model and advocate of trans rights.
